A Dhaka court denied BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir`s bail today in a case regarding to the chief justice`s residence vandalism that occurred during the October 28 incident between the BNP and the police.
After hearing arguments from the prosecution and defence, Faisal Atiq Bin Quader, the acting judge of the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judges court, denied the bail petition.
Mirza Fakhrul was arrested on October 29 in this case.
